Welcome to Moonoura's booking portal! Please pick the package type and the dates that you will be renting.

PLEASE NOTE: We know that it says "10am" when you select a calendar date, but this is just the website's default presentation, so please ignore it. Pick up and drop off times are very flexible, they can happen any time during the day or evening (Subject to availability), please specify the times that work best for you in the next step.

DAILY RENTALS:

If you're booking for individual days, then please select a package from the "Daily" category and select the first date of your rental, then click on "Add Day" and repeat the same process with as many rental days as you need. Only after you have selected ALL of your rental days, then click on "Continue" and follow the on-screen steps.

Pick up and drop off will happen on the first and last day of your rental.

Some exceptions can be made and we could potentially allow you to do pick up and drop off one day before/after your rental period in the afternoon or evening (depends on availability, only for daily rentals).

WEEKEND RENTALS:

If you're booking for the weekend (Pick up on Friday or Saturday, Drop off on Monday), then please select a package from the "Weekend" category and choose your equipment pick up day, then click on "Continue".

WEEKLY RENTALS:

If you're booking for a full week (7 days), then please select a package from the "Week" category and select only the first day of your rental, then click on "Continue". The first day of the rental will be your pick up date, this means that drop off will be exactly on the same day but one week after (7 days total). EXAMPLE: You picked Thursday the 21st then clicked on "Continue" and made the payment. This means that Thursday the 21st is when you'll pick up the equipment. By default, the following Thursday (the 28th) is the day you must return the equipment (drop off day) in this example.

MONTHLY RENTALS:

If you're booking for a full month (30 days), then please select a package from the "Monthly" category and select only the first day of your rental, then click on "Continue". The first day of the rental will be your pick up date, this means that drop off will be exactly 30 days later (or whatever date previously agreed upon).
